• Use of the goTravel system is only allow for authorised officers.
• Unauthorised use of the systems by unauthorised persons is prohibited.
• The claim based on which the goTravel is used must contain a valid legal basis. The use of the goTravel system is digitally logged. In case of unauthorised use your account will be blocked. The following rules of conduct apply to passwords for the goTravel system: passwords are not written down; user never share their password with others; passwords are changed immediately if knowledge of the password by others is suspected; passwords are not used in automated log-in procedures (for example, saved uner certain keys or in a macro).
